There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 386(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Davidson objected. The question being: "Shall CSHB 386(L&C) be advanced to third reading on the same day?
